Featured in this week’s podcast is the music of Rob Luft, the 26-year-old award winning jazz guitarist from London. Rob is booked to play this year’s Scarborough Jazz Festival in a more straight ahead quartet with Saxophonist Dave O’Higgins, performing music from their recent album of Monk and Coltrane compositions. While recording this album, cameras were set up to record some video teasers for the album. Featured below is one of these videos, a beautiful rendition of ‘I’ll wait and Pray’.
