It’s always unfortunate to hear about the passing of a musician and the death of British jazz great Peter King is no exception. A fantastic saxophonist from the start of his career opening Ronnie Scotts club at 19 to his death on the 23rd of August. Throughout his career he played with everyone from Maynard Ferguson to Ray Charles but in the clip below he appears with guest saxophonist Steve Grossman and his own quartet.
