Scarborough Jazz has been offering opportunities for the town’s younger musicians to play in support of our headline acts. Theses have been uniformly wonderful performances with ecstatic responses from the audience. Here’s a taster from one of those performances by piano & drums duo, Theo & Moses who performed a 30 minute entirely improvised set earlier this month. They’re playing Scarborough Jazz again on June 29th (supporting saxophonist Stuart Macdoanld) and July 6th as part of our New Jazz Generation showcase curated entirely by young musicians.
